I have 2 question, looking for any tips
1. How much hit rate needed to hit yhwach dodge (solo fight) in void legion?
2. How much beak def rate needed on group fight as they got insane block?

yeah but they didnt talk about break def to counter block rate on group fight

I don't think you can get break defense high enough to stop them from blocking.  They can be blocked with high enough block rate and high enough defense.

For void u need a balanced team, or a stacked yhawch like Mages.(Bernkastels) or stacked mayuri like mayuri1177's
Or you can wait till you can get your hands on chair aizen.
Can you show us a pic of your stacked partner and a BR from void?

I don't think anyone has tried since block mods are more useful if you start replacing bad mods with the advanced mod system.  It is pretty expensive with silver and coupons to test that.  Most partners wont have much more than 105% break defense before adding in break defense advance mods.

ive tried it and yes what you saying is true..its too random and waste a lot of coupons

It would be better if you dont stack just one. By the way do u use the 20% hit title as well??
Since you have less hit rate i would suggest use that as u have 3 asualters
