Why rukia and why momo guys?

If you are stuck whether to choose Momo or Rukia first, I'd say go with Momo.

Her stun ability works wonders in PvP, almost stuns everytime if your opponent is 5 levels below you + she can deal a decent amount of damage in PvEs if build correctly.
Rukia is awesome for PvE's , as said before she gives fury to your characters which ultimately let your team do more fury attacks overtime. But she's not all that good for PvPs.

You cannot say whose better in PvP/PvE as one is a specialist of each, but generally speaking Momo is a must have Imo.

Lol, I never intended to disrespect any Rukia Users. I just stated the Facts.
Btw I Myself am aiming to get her next cause she'll be one hell of a combination with Urahara(level80), so kudos to you my friend ;)

If you can rank high up in arena (1-7) so you can always get 15 wins a day go with momo, she helps u maintain that position, if not, go with rukia, since events are main resources income (both silver and exp) and she can be useful in pvp too. In the end i would recommend getting both, since each one of them ends up costing 4mil silver which is not that much, and both are used up to lvl 100, rukia can be used even after.
