Vitality not increaseing [Copy URL]

I noticed for 3 hours my vitality stayed at 367 out of 345. Notice this during the Ultimate BP since I'm letting my vitality build up for the last hours of the event. Can you tell me why this is happening?

it wont increase anymore for free once it reaches max cap. party at home, beauty games, restaurant or purchase is the way to go buddy
