Hit debuffs from Koga and Gamuza

Do the hit debuffs from Koga's mod and Gamuza Nel skill stack with each other or do Gamuza destroy the first debuff?

Since Koga's effect is an aura and not a debuff, they can stack

...  I mean she is a good vang...  but why invest so much on nerffing hit rate, then not get a dodgy vang?   you should pick a strategy and stick to it IMO

Tbh I already thought about Starrk, but I kinda got 2 problems with him. I'm not sure building a Starrk would be worth since his hit debuff I know wont stack with Gamuza, so now is his higher dodge on skill worth stacking all those exclusive fragments on him? With Koga and Nel, I already have enough to dodge ES and ryoka skills, and dodge a lot in pvp too, so now I'd rather go S.kukaku for that second mod, so I wont instantly die the second I dont dodge.

I"m 99% sure that you cannot dodge the ES or the Ryoka skills, period

thats before they increased ES hitrate to 1000%. but you can still dodge in ryoka with koga and nel
