Ashisogi Jizo Zankpakuto worth Lvling up?

Would like to know if this ZPkto is worth Spending souls on. I just hit 75 and got this , and i see its got some buff for Vanguard.
any and all opinions are welcome.

Kazeshini give u -40% damage +25 hp (VG) but give u +9 speed and + 12 damage (AS) with +3 speed , +3 DR (SP)..
And
Ashihogi give u -40% DMG +45 HP +3 Avoid +15 Revival (VG) with +6 Speed and +12 DMGR (SP)..

I would suggest u kazeshini if ur VG is totally "Immune" to everything and ur current AS DMG is low..
And suggest Ashihogi if ur AS is 1-Hit Kill and ur VG is totally "Lame"..

Then ur future formation will change everything LoL
