My support partner usually heals 6000+ but sometimes heals for 400 - 500
is this a bug?

Ur supporter will heal less if ur opponent has casted their 5th( decreases healing) skill on the partner ur healing...so its likely that ur opp used their 5th skill so ur supported healed u for less amount..
