I don't think that's how it works.

This skill is very similar to Shinji Hirako (event partner, not Tavern), and that one does not clear all debuffs for real. I suspect it just clears stun debuff and makes them immune to stun. Pretty worthless. It's very poor translation.

lol true i did try it and it doesn't seem to remove my debuffs either
