partners to recrui in special war powers

hey guys i am Ivan and i was wondering if someone could give me a tip wich partner i should get in special war Powers
i am currently lvl 95 and got 465k bp

well, it depends on your play style (do you like to debuff? or maybe do AoE attack? single target?, more PVE/PVP? etc) as every partner has him/her own uses

also, depends how many coupons you can get per day, well if you can wait patiently then go for it (as long as you met the requirement)

and of course your vip level
as someone say, if you are vip 0 get renji, or if you want to recruit other that can be with vip 0, you cannot  upgrade it,
if you are  vip just select the possible partner you can recruit
