So i'm trying to get Shingami urahara's bonds for TSI but i cant seem to get it the only thing i can read is win stage 5 with damage being least than 50% which i made it so only my MC does damage so TSI and Urahara do 0% am i doing something wrong?

bonds should be done with only main+ character whose bond you are activating and without zan
so you should use only main and TSI

just 1 shot with main
and if you do bonds for TSI... only use TSI and Main
