I'm a lvl 58 and I have just started doing the Agent of the Shinigami Conquest of Might. I've only completed about 3 or 4 of the stages and I've received

Can someone tell me how to use these 2 items what they're used for, and the level requirement to use them.

you have to clear com 2 completly to get evo fragments that unlocks evo, then you can use these two to uppgrade your MC
