tbh the Soul Society instance has no special requirements... which stage are you blocked with?

12 HARD MODE does have Requirements like i said befor i spent 2 hours trying to pass it

ok, so I had to do it manually since you didn't give the requirements

- at least 2 partners survived
- at least 1 female survived
- damages dealt by Renji are more than 30% of total damages

may depends on your level ofc, but since you've completed the other instances, there is no reason you can't do this one as well:
no zanpakuto
main skill 9 (naked if dealing too much damage)
low damage VG (but reasonably tanky to keep renji alive enough time to reach the required damage amount)
low damage female partner(s) (healer, yoru, harribel, cute...)

ps : note that yachiru would fulfill the 2 last conditions

everywhere in CoM (hard mode at least) when you read
"... damage dealt by main is no less than 1 of total..."
these are translations mistakes, "1" is indeed 30%
