Help with inactive PGM?

I need help contacting someone about either getting contact with our pgm on Server 20, or about getting a replacement.  I am on almost constantly, and I have only seen him 2x in the entire time our server has been open.  His in game name is Robynn I think, and he said that he plays on another server, but doesn't come around ours to answer questions or help anyone.  Any help on how to contact him, or to start the process of finding a replacement would be appreciated.  I am aware that I am supposed to contact another pgm, but I don't have a list of those, or their contact info.  Thanks in advance.
