Hmm, i'm not really sure as to how or if its even possible to have your name changed in the game. xD
Well, you can try posting it on the Technical support thread. Cause as far as I know, only a GameMaster can help you with that or someone from the support team. Well, its mostly an assumption so yea. You can just post it up on Technical support or something.

There is no way to fix or change ID.
Except start a new character in a different server.
