Missing something on my noza's block

hey guys, so i have 2 noza's .... 1 i run with hyorinmaru , and is my damage dealer on that acc , the other one i use with jakka , but he is mostly for protection. Anyways the first 1 has a total block rate  of 172.6 ....and the other one has 189 blockrate ( starngely lolzz). both acc's have ulquiora for the extra blockrate , both are at around 13% atm. On both  have changed the modify to get the around 52% extra block. refines on gear dont give them any extra block (so maxed) ... My issue is , where is teh gap coming from .... almost 17% difference ..... oh yeah both are max evo also...

Check your Nozas, again, in the threads like that, the OP always reply to itself saying something forgot/missing (to put Ulquiorra in bond, one stone block removed...)

did you not switch out a mod on 1 of them? its kind of hard to see if you dont post picks. it could also be something from another toon thats giving block.
