4th Day Prestige Gift Pack Can't Receive.

Hello. Im Mark Gil Ibarrola and im having some technical difficulties for example, I Signed In for 4th Day (Seven Days Gift Pack) in Bleach Online and when im recieving my reward my internet crashed for a second, then i refreshed the Bleach Online but suddenly when im getting the reward for the second time it says Already Recieved but when i checked in my backpack and my formation there's no change. Please i'm begging you, Can you give me back my rewards, i work hard on this game . Thanks for Listening
