anyone having problems activating tier 5 and not receiving a ultimate hogyoku

i saw some who activate tier4 and won ulti hogu

its just luck activating tier 5 doesnt mean u will get ultimate hogyoku for sure .

Tier 5 can also mean flawless... it's not a bug or glitch just considered one of the higher end flawless

i guess is only an visual bug, i had that few times it shows an Ultimate that you win some time ago just repeat that sometimes , and thats exact what happens there but i guess you wanna get some compensation or complain w/o any reason, im the one that complain most about suxgames but with some valid reason most of times, not with the ones that arent an real bug

but i only have 1 Ulti Speed and that acc win that like 6 weeks ago, and isnt the first time that happened but i repeat is only an visual bug never did my tries at that time or something like that and your SS dont prove something IMO
