Anyone can tell me what this event ? i cant found anything at bleach wiki, what i must prepare and what i can get at that event ?

It depends on your BP and zanpakuto. I would suggest to use zanpakuto that deals burn damage if you don't have any partner that has attack at least 300k (I have with 400k but still use that). For example i'm using Ashisogi Jizo. because in this event enemies has at least 200k deff and a lot of block rate so no one survives 2nd round.
