Nah, Starkk is perfectly fine if you've put enough into him until you get Noza.

I have hyorin as zanpakuto . I dont know i think h.ichi with the same stack he would be more beffie

depends, if u make hichi a mini noza copycat and swap most of hes mods to block, then he might be better, but if u make same thing with stark and keep only hes immune mod, then he can be a little better pvp wise with hes aoe special, but at the end of the day it depends on ur taste also

If you are running stacked vanguard I don't see a point in changing starrk with h.ichigo especially now that your starrk is 35 exlusive level already, you would need to spend a little bit gold for inherit (and you would still lose some of used resources), quite a lot vit for evo and you wouldn't became significantly stronger, actually you would only weaken yourself, h. ichigo is more suited for the role of defense wall since he requires less resources to become tanky but as stacked vanguard starrk is simply better
and even if he wasn't I would still recommend you to stay with him, every swapping means wasted resources so you should do it as rarely as possible, especially if you know that you will change that partner in future, better just spare resources and wait for noza

Starrk is lvl 4 at evo and i have alot ex.frag to spere

honestly, i cant even begin to describe how much of a god damn waste i personally think stark exclu skill is but thats just my opinion, but since u allready have hes exclu skill, swappin now to hichi whouldnt help u that much really, at this point better keep stark and use him well, hes dmg is way better than hichi that hits only 1 target
