need some help please to my questions

Ok this is gonna sound bad,but can  some one help me with a few questions I have.  
1  how is every one getting them name things over their character?
2  how is the proper way of using the hogyoku?
3  what is the best way to level up?
4  what is a F2P ?
and how do you manage to make espada hunting qualification or something like that
Yes I know I am sounding noobish lol  but I just dont understand these things

You make a hogyoku and then consume fragments to make it stronger

3  what is the best way to level up?

All the daily events

4  what is a F2P ?

free to play...people who don't spend money
