I've been playing the game for quite awhile now, and I don't really understand what's growth rate. Does it affect your stats? Is a higher growth rate better?ex:194%>164%. Could anyone tell me?

It is the amount of damage a skill would do in comparison to a normal attack.

Ex: Ikkaku attacks normally-100% growth rate, does skill-260% growth rate. That means he did 2.6 times the amount of a normal attack.
