I Went To An Arena And I Seen A Level 39 With 4 People In His Battle Formation.. Im Level 41 How Do I Get That? Please Reply Thanks!

Arena chest also, gives you prestige daily. Even when you lose a fight you still gain 100 Prestige while in arena. Can get up to 5 in a formation at a higher rank so, just hang in there and grind out the Prestige.

Little tip for you before you hit the mark later in levels. Unless you can get #1 in Arena and even then would take a lot of time to reach the final rank "Mugetsu". The best way to reach this rank and the title that comes with it is to.. get your rank to 5th Lieutenant and store all Prestige. When you have enough to go straight to Mugetsu, use it all. Grant it you will miss out while saving up the extra battle power and Silver/Souls from the higher ranks but you will get the title without having to deal with prestige deduction daily (starts at 5th Captain) and end up getting it quicker.

but even after reaching mugetsu, if can't maintain later the rank because of daily deduction, those amount of prestige it will be wasted isn't it? (unless you are #1)...

Nope but to be honest unless you plan on spending gold everyday to keep it, not even #1 can keep that rank. The point of doing it the way I pointed out was so, it doesn't take as long while fighting the daily deductions and also to get the Title / achievement. After you get that, you can and will drop down to a rank you can maintain.
