Ive been watching for 2 weeks now. every 3 days sign in id gain a 5 on the 'sign in consecutively 3 days to add' but I never actually receive chances on any of the changes. Please help me this is getting annoying and I could have unlocked a few more skills by now

Playing 10th day already. signing in every day.
proof :

never got that 3rd day +5 beauty game chances. Have 15 accumulated possible already.
proof :

Support in nonexistant. By now i've made 3 tickets and never got any responce.
What I payed money for ?
C'mon ! any client based normal RPG game costs much less per month. normally its like 15$ / month, and here I already invested 30$ per 10 days.

there is a difference betwin "donation" and "top up (payment)"

When you buy something in the shop, you expect it to be good quality, right ?

You actually received the chances...
The bonuses is counted in "Sign in 3 times continuously to add", it show 15 times as you mentioned.
Nothing wrong about it.

how to use them? ive yet to be able to use more then 5 a day

LOL, same problem here :-D never tried to click even one more after 5 chances :-D I was so angry about it and it was all time normally prepared for use :-)
