Annual Celebration bug

dear support,
in annual celebration event "logged in for 1 minute" achievement doesnt seem to work. This problem occurs at EU server S566.

you need to have the event annual celebration open for 1 minute

sorry for bothering,but is there any chance of TSI reappearing in UBP or appear in inferno shop.or anything like that? i'm desperate for him but,i wasted all my vit on shy nemu and now i cant get him ( 3k+ atm).
