Calculate BP problem

  So I check the bp u get from atk , hp , deffense and speed and the problem is with the speed .
1 atk = 1 bp
1 hp = 0,2 bp
1 psy def = 0,4 bp
1 kido def = 0,2 bp
But the speed is changing with unknown rate
Atk is always 1-1
Funny thing is when I use shit stone like block or dodge on my best speed partner it gains a lot BP
and on a slow one nothing .
This is some visual bug that I notice for a while now
but didn't care much for 200k bp gain just from block stones and its bug cuz on the my vang is way less

Anyway even if its well known
speed should not be connected with crit hit block dodge etc

not sure about the hp but crit damage on my shura kenpa back then was 1.85 and they add yellow enchant into the game and they nurfted it to 1.35
from 2014 to2018 alot changes we dont even know all of them

well i never played for bp before so i just saw it after trying to reach max bp on my muken
and they're formula for bp with speed is mixed with crit block dodge hit counter break def you need to have 90% from all to see your top bp on your char, also 90 avoid and and 200+dmg rate cuz they are mixed with the speed(but only for bp show) cuz we have the speed without doing this
i don't think its multiplier its just bug agility isnt separated from other stones, dmg rate and avoid
if we don't ask devs we need to be like fuji with 90%+ on all stats to have real bp but im sure you are close to do it on all partners or you already did

after katen release but that was long time ago so thats why u feel like its been always that way . But as for the speed
I had way less in the past so it was hard to notice it .
Still I believe its a bug from one of the meta changes and I will report it xD to know for sure
