lol I think deep down you want to keep this account, you should probably change the title to "account pilot wanted" ;) I have no problem following instructions, i've looked after friends' accounts short-term while they were holidaying, but what you're offering is beginning to sound more like a full-time job lol, although what are the benefits?

hahha lolzz, maybe try to find someone who can co-run the acc with you .... and also important , will shini agent be running (makes it easy to do all the stuff) , $5 every month for bankai power ( if you guys reach 30 zanpakto's needed).... releasing account is hard ... heck its what keeps me playing on all my acc's.... all 4 are in ToT ( 1 on top 8).

well I would love him to bits (adult Tosh is my fav lol)
He already looks pretty pumped, I'm assuming you have a full T1 team or at least mostly T1 seeing as Hiki is considerably less pumped than muken and tosh and def slower. Nonetheless would work on excl skills on tosh, pump up hiki a bit more and work on bonds to really tank them up. Obv work on Kyoka as well and get some stronger strength stones for kenny if he isn't already lvl 12 maxed out. Would consider replacing Hiki with ywach (if the rumoured ubp ever comes round) seeing as tosh meets the fury deducting needs that hiki covers.
