Solo: Get an Kido type character to solo her, best character to solo is Jushiro.
Team: With Yoruichi & Momo (faster than the opponent), it should be easy to pass. Besides, your tank must be able to tank at least 1 round. If you can't, try to level a bit more and try again later.

It will be same for US and EU server since the server are based on same dev.

Yes, every partners has their hollow map (same with others). It is free.

I said lv70 in US version cause CN unlock at lv72. Nothing to do with servers of EU or US.

lv70 in US ver.
