hvi vs sternritter uryu

So... I'm having a debate with myself.. I'm torn between the two characters, and building a good team around them. Atm, I'm a vip 10 with 5m power, my team is tsi, mugetsu, cute orihime, brenji, senbon. I'm going to do a 2500 usd top up soon, and even though I have a good idea of what I "Want", I wanted opinions. I know a big issue is senbon.. I plan to replace him with jakka. My tsi is at 65 exclusive, and with the frags i still have, and ones I can get (like if i top up in furnace) id get the extra 100% rebate if i put all points into it, and i could get 2500 exclusive frags from points. So I can get one of the guys i get to 75 exclusive level, and get their exclusive skill. But then I get to the part where, I dont know who to get otherwise. One team I was considering, if I can get them all, is BWB, Hash, toshi, hvi, jakka. Another, that was suggested to me, was sternritter, muken, hasch, askin, jakka. I got decent stones, hogus need some work but that can be worked on.. (some low and some high lvl hogus) but overall, my team is kind of outdated and needing a good remodel to move forward.

That is a good team aswell. Except if you want HVI in the formation you should have kokuto, he gives HVI the extra buff of 40% attack and damage rate which is not small at all and stern uryus last mod in PVP means HVI just kills quicker ad uryu is there for the overkill and in void and ES you are guaranteed at minimum 30%(Off all of the spirits HP) hit with a stripped uryu only in your party with his last mod.So yeah it can work also.
Remember the 30% deduction works only once per event that goes for every user for uryu.
