mod soul's home freeze

we can enter the home but when you click at the mod soul's hut the game freezes.
everyone on server EU86 has the same problem.
please have a look at it.

It is also happening on EUS66 the help feature is disabled the next level mod soul cannot be upgraded for some unknown reason please help us.

hi i have the same problem too

on the laptop of my friend the mod soul home icon appears on my laptop but not restart the operating system install flash player again and nothing appears
my server is  EU S26
