Check your diet. Are you eating 5-7 meals each day with roughly 1 gram of protein per-pound of body weight? If not then you can be limiting your advancement by not following a Muscle Building Diet that is effective. Each dinner should be 30% protein, roughly 50% carbohydrate and also the rest made-up of fats.
