Imba Rujin and Hell Verse Ichigo

Why there is still no nerf on rujin and hell verse ichigo... they are so broken
rujin mutilate who always take 30% of your total life and hvichigo always hitting with skill(no fury)
I don't find interesting at all to play against them and no i wont give more money to take something that is super unbalanced compared even to new characters which has their imba moments...

Just have to watch out for Kyoka Suigetsu users erasing his buffs if he isn't strong enough to do the damage himself.

The only partner that really could use a nerf is Blood War Byakuya.  He heals 30% hp to team when hit, reduces enemy break defense when hit, give 50% attack buff to assaulters when he attacks, 100(150 with crit) fury to assaulters with skill, gives a combined 70% block rate with skill and halo, 40% speed to assaulters and gives a shield to assaulters.  Not to mention he is the faster partner available so far, can't be silenced or fury deducted and has one of the best hp bonds for all supporters.  

If you were to cut the numbers of each buff in half that he gives, he would still be OP and give more to his team than other partner can.

both are functioning as intended...  no nerf in the works for properly working partners of any kind...
