Dude its not that i dont think you can play the game or anything of the sort at all and you do give goo Advice on there aswell.
But i have seen how it stands for a f2p in this game for a long ass time i can assure you yes the game has changed but how vanguard investment works you either stack or give minimal investment cause for the most part doing Evo,Bonds,EX levels or changing mods actually require resources spent elsewhere. Specially Ex frags and Evo cause these are non salvageable by an f2p and its a better bet to save for a UBP partner.For a casual f2p making noitora 200% block is frankly impossible and in the end will bite them in the ass when its time to replace him as realistically he will get 125% block from any f2p. Unless you are going a hardcore stack and honestly he is not going to be very good.
A team wise the most logical thing for an f2p van wise is going Sado>Sajin/Hirako(If stack)>Stark(if stack)/Hollow ichigo. Its not longer that hard to level up and you can reach H ichigo far quicker who is a safer option for moderate investment if you want but even then he would not go past 120% block for a casual player unless they get lucky with some mod changes.And the team of barragan you recommended really is not going to work in this games environment anymore  its better to just run yama,Kisuke,Yoroichi/Hellibel>Aizen/Gin and Sajin>Hollow ichigo and just swap between yama and Ikkaku.
And for PVE just swap Van for ikkaku and Stall support with C orihime that is the best output you can get from a team now days.

Dude Just try to understand i dont want to be going against you or anything or start a un due fight and your Advice is solid in most cases but i have seen you have a Bias towards block a vanguards and i believe that can effect some other players who are yet to learn the game so i stepped in no other reason the games progression and availability gives no ample chance to actually dwell on for noitora as i can myself attest lvl 90-110 does not take a year anymore to achieve if you are trying so no window to viably work on this char.
Edit:Also Excsluives and specailly skills are a Pain in the Ass for f2ps to get so a byak stack can work but remmber imo its better to stick with ikkaku in a 1-2-2 form with Sajin/H cihigo,Ikkaku/Yama,Kisuke and yoro/Hallibel>Gin/Aizen is going to be the most viable setup you should be attempting as its not hard to overpower a noitora with a yama and retsu.

I have 0 first hand experience as F2P aside from building up an alt for ABB back in the day when you needed full teams to do it

I have been playing for over 3 years and am only in my second server ever (first one I only played till level 75 then bailed on it)

I know how things look on paper, and I fully understand that things have changed since I've started...  how this effects early game, I have no way to know aside from what I see on the forums...

Yachiro is for sure an early game gem, Sado is easier to build, yes, both are true
Sajin is easier to build to be helpful than Nnorilta, yes, but a well built Nnorilta should give you more mileage, this is also true...

however...

for a F2P, I feel they should for sure sandbag their levels to build up BP to get into ToT because the exclusives there are sick...

How are the ToT brackets in newer servers?  no clue...  ToT came out quite a time after reincarnation became available, and as such, lower brackets in my ToT are a ghost town more or less (only have 3 people that ever show up in the highest level ToT that isn't reincarnated)

My advice is given from my standpoint in the game, and what I would do if I started again...

and my additional advice still stands...  make decisions on your party based on what you face in your day to day activities...  and for sure, weigh the options and never just pick up a partner because I said so (or anyone else for that mater) also...  there is no one best solution for a F2P...  build a team that works well together...  my team (not counting UBP) if I were starting over as F2P by level 110 would be Nnorilta, Ikkaku, Braggen, Kiuske, Jizo, pulling Nnorilta for Byaukua in events...  Ikkaku, Byaukua, and Nnorilta would have exclusive skills (thus why I would sandbag and stay in ToT as exclusive levels are very nice to have)

Nnorilta would have 200%+ block rate and have a moderate stack on him to soak up damage while Jizo's poison and Braggen's burn helped supliment Nnorilta's block damage...

I find that team would be very useful and while I would never be top 10, as F2P, my goal would not be to be top 10, and it's insane to think you would ever make it (based on my current CSB anyway)

You don't think I know how to play, or give good advice, then give better advice, don't just say how bad mine is...  get it?

Dude ngl but i feel that alot of your opinion is going of a very old progression of the game and somewhat outdated.
The games progression for f2p has drastically changed if you ask me. Reaching lvl 110 is really not hard anymore unless you actually try not to level up and ignore daily activities related to it heck just exp instances daily is alot EXP daily and if you do Regular ryoka and ES all on its own and you should easily reach lvl 110 in a few months and if you have a solid PVE damage for ES you can drastically decrease that time frame without to great of an effort.
And making a viable stark is not a fantasy for a VIP 0 players anymore between the ease to get shutara gear now days and vast amount of stones available via events such as SA and seasonal events we keep getting you can literally make a God Stark without to great of an effort which can be very strong even with tengen same goes for hirako.
But since its not impossible to counter them thanks to the availability of partners now days heck yama can do a fine job at holding down stark if you build him and it will benifit you in battles vs PVP which is not so unimporatant anymore.
And Events wise yes PVE is important but now days simply saying that PVP is shit resource wise is a very big hindsight the main two things ill like to point out is CSB and ToT. The Resources you get from both these areas is quite vast and easily match anything Ryoka and ES give so if you want to keep up at later levels you WILL have to do these.
On top of this Noitora is not as good as sajin defensively he has only slightly more HP and thats it the resources it takes to make noitora outright better than sajin are to great to justify using noitora over sajin since like you said better to focus on those assaulters and supports so the one who needs less investment as the meat shield wins no questions and if you are stacking stark wins hands down in that case.
Honestly the game has progressed quite a bit to be in the impression that f2p will take Eons to progress a Smart player can become 1.5 mill+ BP within a year with 0 gold now days and a high VIP will take even a shorter time and between Good Events like Karakura festival,SA,Season likes Dragon boat and so on and lets not forget the ever expanding library of UBP a f2p can do things they never could before.

Also for Yachiru honestly just go Sado as he is a very cheap Block guard and honest to god can hold his own till you get hollow ichigo thanks to Red tavern now(It has been tested he works good enough as a meat shield as Sajin without the investment required) since block is still a pain and you can get alot of Hit stones far easier than maxxing dodge on her as if i recall when i started the game was far enough that a mid VIP yachiru with good stones was not a problem for me in a VIP 0 account to handle anymore.

For anyone not interested in reading this wall of text Long story short the Game has progressed Far to much in the last year alone and thats not counting the time when some of the really old players started to compare it to back then so before saying a VIP 0/F2p player cannot do what they were able to do back then
should be analysed before being said .

late game when your hit stat gets good and high she for sure falls off, but early to mid game, she can for sure be a force to be reckoned with...  or at least she was a few years ago, lol

these days she may well be super shit through and through due to all the new updates in the game, lol
like my last advice to the kid said...  do your own research on ANY advice given in the game

Yes, H Ichi is a better choice for sure, but if this player isn't going to pass level 100 for a while (I know some that don't hit that level for well over a year) I find Nnorilta to be a solid choice...  I find him leagues ahead of Sajin or Shinji...  plus add to the fact, if you build on him for a year and a half before you even get to level 110, and don't have auto janken, you very likely may rather have quincy U from tavern when you get there...

Nnorilta is a viable option, but lets face it, everyone from tavern is at best, kind of shit...

I'm offering other options, and I have seen first hand, Nnorilta is a viable option, plus being I'm not ashamed to ever say, I am a block whore, and a blocked hit deals like 1/10 normal damage, mix that with his exclusive skill's def buff, and his very solid HP stat...

Sorry to bust your bubble on this one bro...   I can't believe you even suggested Starrk, as he is a shit vang for a F2P especially, he's slow, has SUPER low HP and Def, and wisdom too...  unless you grind very hard for a long time, dump 100% into him and rely on your vanguard to one shot your foes (terrible choice as both assaulters and supports get better boosts all around, are much faster, and usually MUCH higher damage stats...not to mention they  come in UBP so much more often and you don't need a premium zanpacto to make the most out of them)
Add to all this the fact that stacking hard for a <VIP4, especially on a vanguard is a bad choice as this player will get 98%+ of their rewards from events, and anyone can tell you, stacking hard generally reduces your rewards in PVE and a full team of 3s can do better than a team of 1s with a 6 in the mix (unless that 6 is muken, lol)   so as a non-stacked vang, IMO your ONLY 3 options from tavern are Sajin, Nnorilta, and H Ichi, of these I prefer Nnorilta for most cases, especially as I'm sick of seeing so many H Ichis

Sorry but beside block he literally has nothing that justifies his use unless you really like this character.
If you want to Stack Hirako and Stark your man and if you want a meat shield Sajin and ichigo serve that purpose better.
