Is there a way to obtain Cycloneor another(to make aquaria set) instead of reio guardian? Like buy it with gold or something.

cheapest way to buy imo is surprise gift boxe, u gotta top up 400 gold to unlock a 600 gold chest where u can buy it 3 times,

the content is a lvl35 ultimate set they say, u open it u get lvl100 cyclone set , that's where i did get my 5 sets fast

the event is a shinji hirako face on it

You can make aquaria set out of dark imperor set (which is obtainable in visored revenge after 11k coupons spent).
Also you can make aquaria set out of godslayer set (3k challenge stones in CSB shop).

yep better wait for shinji hirako event, or as asakura said u can grab lvl120 boxe from VR, or lvl130 from CSB shop, however u gotta be respectively lvl120 or 130 or more to open those boxes thats down side, the great side of these lvl120+ is the asauchi rebate is far more greater,

but if u are in a hurry the surpise gift box combined to reio event with at least forcing getting 1 token on ichibe during the first five days is the fastest road to get ur shutara set early; my alt account is lvl102 has already 5 sets thanks to that however it cost gold
