Today was first day for me in CSB and i fought a guy who had same vanguard as me (Visored Hirako) and he was 3 hitting my VG and i didn't even scratch his...meanwhile i saw he has 800k HP and I only had 200k.
I'm not questioning that so much as I will invest next days in new VG but why is there such a big gap of HP as I have +6,7 Stamina Stones on every item, 6,7 Strength Stones...
He had that Jizou Zanpakto in hgyoku gay and 46 lvl reiatsu and I had 40 reiatsu and bankai for Sogyo. only 20 lvls more on his side and about 200k bp difference..

thats the difference mate, wait i think around lvl75 u unlock boost soul u'll come around for this exculsive skills,
as mylar said many ways to boost the hp of a vg; what gear u putting on urs, he may use the ultimate shutara gear also.
Regarding kukaku vs Baka Ken, my vote would be kuka cuz she's easy to build and doesnt require shiitload of resources compared to baka ken whom is an offensive vg btw on the opposite of kukaku

Nowadays that depends on how u r willing to spend. While kukaku is still godlike vangs like Gerald and ginjo out class her. But if can buy b Ken then I suppose u don’t mind dropping something like 30-40k in which case I would personally recommend ginjo. Moreover let’s say you manage to find both b Ken and kukaku at the same price, the next question is what do you need in the formation. If you need more def then get kukaku while if you need damage get b Ken.
Now as for exclusive, I think at 70 you unlock soul cultivation. When you use it you receive exclusive frags. Using the frags you can give yourself or your partners extra damage speed etc. you should usually stack those partners that you are planning to keep even in late game and are a central focus of your team. he has obviously focused more on his vanguard than you have... level 6 to 7 stamina stones really aren't that great... he can get HP from many many places... Stones, Hogus, gear, accessories, hogu stones, exclusive level, hollow souls, and many many more, lol
