ALL SWP Character you cannot modify them. Every last one...

I wonder if the bug in the programming is that it says that the fragments required are like 100, but in the code you actually need 999999 Mod fragment to modify. XD

this issue has been anounced several times and they have no tendancy in fixing the issue as it stands... no swp partner is moddable....
