what's the 0.40% speed mean????is that means 40% or 0.4%?

and the void reward. is every month kind of reward or what ?

If you are seeing a bonus of .40% than it means .4% speed (I am assuming you might be looking at bonds as that is the only place I can think of to find a % that low).  

The reward for void is randomized between the 3 possible rewards: exclusive frags, reincarnation, and souls of conquest.  It is random so it is very possible to have the same reward several times in a row.  Just be patient with it and you will see the other rewards come into rotation

On first question, I think you should have provided a screenshot, to better understand to context of question. However, gonna stick with 0.40%=0.4%.
On second question, Void Reward is simply the rewards you get from ranking place, or just attendance at Void Region event, you get the rewards trough mail, as well as in other events.


The lack of answers at this post is because I don't think someone really understood what you're asking...
