my block on my van is 82% and with shinso he can also give fury to my van so my van can do his skill in the 1st turn just wish cute orihime could do that

She is still great even with Tensa in PvE and in PvP (if you are a vanguard stacker), the 45 fury per round and the 30% block buff can make up the loss of the 13% DMG.
Reminder : You barely see the difference between the damage with a buff of 12% and 25% if your base % damage is low, at around ~160%.
