Stack partner

As the title say, wanna get a partner stacked, meaning that he can't die and 1 shot teams. However I know this is self-explanatory, top-up and get everything in that partner. However, in my recent experience of CBS, I got kazeshini's team with tavern byakuya who 1 shot my team, or almost did. So is clear that I'm missing something.. However, next set of events, i'll get myself a HVI, how to super stack him? I researched thing about him, got his bonds already, just waiting for October Carnival. Here is my question, i saw everytime there's a stacked partner it has more hp than usual, then I assume is from excl skill fortification, however, I'm missing something out?
Wanna replace Tenjiro with a good supp for HVI,or for team, if not this time, really soon. I'm stuck in some real questions right here. From what I've heard BwB makes the VG questionable because he only buffs the assaulters, and SDT is only good for pve, so what to go for..Kokuto has the some attack power? Because recently i saw BwB just one shoting teams before everything could happen..My focus right now is on Void and PVP
My formation should look like this in about 1 week. Kirinji-S. Gin-HVI-Main-TSI -> RJ
Wanna get rid of that Kirinji, because S.Gin is a fury builder wich might help Toshiro to skill every turn, pve wise...However, Tenjiro is my power house right now standing about 470k BP...
Also, can someone post their HVI here so I can get an idea how to build him?

The pictures I said I'd post...  not sure what you can get out of them, but I'm 100% sure this work on HVI would be just as nice if not better

I really talked from my memory, as right now i'm 18 in CSB but getting schooled by hvi, t1 sternitt ...

well it depends one thing is sure do not waste ur funds time n energy on all of them u'll get some average op partners instead of super op partners,

to be pargamtique : kokuto hvi is the combo however it would be harder to full mod them than a combi such as bwb stern the main reason is the fact that kokuto n hvi are not included in the modifyu accelerator anymore;

however if u big fan of hvi bring him kokuto also n thts the dowwnside of hvi he really needs kokuto making it twice ressourcefull also he's not a team player such as ishida where he give some nice mods to muken but also he does undermine the ennemy hp damage wise if u have bwb muken u should be fine to get wsame effect as hvi kokuto but also on the fury section

regarding shang no need to develop i know the dude he's an old player in fr n knows what he doing thats his 3rd account i think n he can be a tough opponent gl against him he's a knowldegeable player

it's not from my server, meet him in csb and is closed now..however, the same byakuya on Shangri_la from our ToT and he 1 shoted my team about 1, 2 weeks ago. About HVI+kokuto..I was thinking about that, that's why I asked in first post if kokuto dmg is like byakuya because I prefer to buy him directly and don't bother with byakuya, but from what I've saw BWB kinda one shots team and SDT very good for PVE so I really don't know..

regarding ur team whats ur stats n if u can take a screen shot about his byakuya

if u betting on hvi to be ur ace u proba need kokuto, i'm one of those super dumb fuck who use hvi without kokuto n for real huge difference when i fight an hvi same stats as mine but him having kokuto

idk about ur team but if u mind i would more of stern ishida next to muken behind u put a bwb askin ichimonji zan or a askin with ginjo as a vanguard jakka zan
