is there any way to get event characters as a vip0?

Yes you can have good partners for free at VIP0 with Ultimate battle power. Just save vitality.
You can get vitality from, beauty game, home(girlfriend shacking), and the free 20 vitality every guild war.time and ryoka. So here is the estimated Vitality you canget within a week.

Beauty game >50+50+100+50+50+100+50=450 (everytime you  sign in 3 times you get an additional 5 chances
On beauty game!
Girlfriend shacking>depends on what girlfriend u have. Example you have miri. U can get 42 vitality a day. That's 42x7(per week)=294
Free free vitality every guild war and ryoka time> you get 20 each. So basically you  get 40 a day! 40x7=280

450+ 294+280= 1024

So that's it!  You get 1024 vitality per week. I hope this would help you. It would be better if you have a higher girlfriend. Faster to save vitality
