Sternritter Uryu or HVI? [Copy URL]

So at some point I want a new assaulter (Mine sucks) and i've brought it down to Sternritter Uryu or HVI.
Any thoughts as to which would be better, and the reasons why?

I'm still not sure what, or if there is even a specific event that Sternritter Uryu comes in? I'd like to know, so I know what even to actually wait for

I think i figured out the strategy. It's simple - do not buy them. Makes sense tho.

I did mentioned it's not a good idea, but they said they don't want to simply improve the stats from the old ones and make it into new players.

that's if he will be able to kill uryu in 1 or 2 rounds, if not then he won't be able to do anything even with 10000% skill ))
