I bought one set from there but when i went on character equip it wasn't there.

I don't know what to do and i already sent a e-mail to the support.

it gets sent to your inventory and will look like a small chest of sorts. Click this and open it and you'll have your gear if you haven't figured it out already.

It used to be in ur equipment inventory but they changed it to a little gift pack thing
