Missing golds and coupons

Our golds and coupons just disappear 3 ppl got this bug untill now i didnt believe them but 15 min ago at guild war my 20g just gone its not a lot but it can be more so little bit scary..

good luck i was screwed over on the ultimate library and sent several e-mails posted in forums. This is the only game that i have ever played that the company just dont care about there customers as long as they keep getting paid all i know is im not putting another dime into this game may not make any difference with all the people out there paying top dollar to be on top but its definately a start.

I never get a answer untill now i sent minimum 10 mail this time i wont even try

True, it probably is a bug. If you would spend it on something by accident it would be more. Try sending a mail to support, wait 3days if you get no answer try again. Preferably from another account if you have more than 1 mail., if not keep sending until you get an answer.
