Black market? Mystic shop??

Ok so my friend somehow managed to open this shop temporarily. i have no idea how or what he did to open it and he said it lasted for like an
hour before going off with LOTS of goodies for mainly coupons. things such as frags, stones, hogu talismans etc etc...
does anybody know what this is?

I had it open once,   I forget what I was doing but have never exchanged vit in reio so i don't think that's it.

it appeared today for me, just used a bit of vit for evo and it popped up additionally i spend 80 co ...

yeah you spend like 900 vitality and it opens

i had mystic shop too but i closed it before i read anything that was in it... blackmarket was glowing and then there was 2 tabs...

its random, guess devs were testing .  i would say just be patient and wait
