take it from me.. you DO NOT want to reincarnate until u have what you need from ToT.

i dominate my bracket because of this.. if i had to reincarnate i wouldn't get a damn thing because i'd be:

1. not even in the running for tournament

reincarnate at lvl 159 take the most if you can from ToT

Depends on your situation with Tournament of Throne. Once you reincarnate, you won't get any red hogyoku fragments anymore.
