Lv 100 PvP/PvE Team Discussion

So yes. I am starting to reach the Magical Lv 100 pit-stop and decided to toss this out here.

Currently, i am running following teams:
PvP: Main (GB), Ikkaku, Yoruichi(Tavern), Harribel, Sajin.
This team has served me very well so far. Ikkaku works quite well to randomly counter Toshiro tanks, while Supports does their tricks.
PVE: Main(GB), Ikkaku, Kenpachi(Tavern), Urahara(Tavern), Rukia(Tavern)
Very basic PvE team, nothing to say about this.

What comes to Formations, I am thinking of getting Sexy Yoruichi from next Reio event.
Not only it would provide good boost to PvE events, it sounds quite worthy for PvP formation as well, because of the Fury gain and passive combo rate.

For PvP, i am going for Tavern Gin obviously, but what makes me think, is Starrk.
Is Starrk really that good for PvP, that i should consider it?
My Sajin is closing the final mod, which would make it Immune to Breaking Damage, and i belive this would make it very tough partner for PvP as well (don't know, just sounds like it)

Enough of my blabbering. What do you guys think i should aim for? What would YOU do in this situation?

Our server started at around end of December 2014. So haven't had enough time to mod even my Kisuke  ...

im making sexy second fastest but its better that gin is faster then other units atm so the second turn it reduces rukias fury given.

So basically i WILL get Gin to pair my Tavern Yoruichi, until that Kisukes final mod is reached.
Thing that bothers me the most, especially when i watched that Battle Report, is that People are using Kisuke with Gin...
Wouldn't it be better using Kisuke T1 as fastest, Sexy Yoruichi as 2nd fastest(If your Yoruichi/Aizen can't T1 without it), then use Tavern Aizen or Tavern Yoruichi to T1 with that pair, so there would be possibility to counter enemy T1 kisuke?

This is about the same formation i am aiming to, with a twist of using Tavern Yoruichi instead of Gin (Or tavern aizen, when time comes), when my Kisuke is at final mod and is able to reach T1.

Btw, i was expecing your sexy to be faster than Gin, it would make your Gin t1 as well xD

You got yourself a good team there, and yes sexy yoru is good for pve definitly even pvp depends on your builded team, what i can say gin is definitly good, since you're a harible user you won't feel any prooblem integrating him he'll be even faster than her, as for the vanguard stark is good very good, but you gotta know sajin final mod makes him impossible to be crits on, and i prefer ichigo as vg (lvl110) wich gives aid rate to the asaulters, only my point of you ofc

I'm using shin ken as vg so can't be objective on stark but he's definitly good, as for your sajin i hope you built him a little offensive, cuz the switch from him to stark will take time, stark needs definitly a lot of break defense orelse he dies from blocks.
