What should I get, VG Toshiro or Shini Urahara?

I'm on the edge of choosing toshiro or urahara and i'm hoping to get a good formation. At the moment, i have sajin with enough for the 5th mod, level 6-7 stones, kido main, harribel, yourichi, shini yourichi. Can anyone help? Level 89 atm. Planning to get Gin at level 100 if i get toshiro, or stark at 100 and get shini urahara. Ideas?

shini urahara i go for, toshiro will rot away eventully tbh should be a tavern vg for level 100

It has been mentioned by a reply to someone that the expire dates will be removed on partners but have yet to be implemented yet (going on 3 months now) so if that doesn't get removed a fully modded shini ura never going to happen. The only official word i have seen posted by an admin is in this post http://forums.gogames.me/thread-6622-2-1.html

toshiro  vg = beast vg if you can afford high stone and can modif him . and if you can tier 1 fury him event better

Isshin is end game entire Assaulter Lane Control

SWP Aizen provides some VG Control, but not permanent

When you evaluate characters, you need to keep absolute endgame in mind. With that being said, Shini Urahara is miles ahead of Tavern Aizen. A T1 Fury Shini Urahara will keep your opponents supports at bay as long as he is alive, and generally a turn or 2 after he dies as well. He also pairs extremely well with a offensive vanguard because it forces generally lower break def characters to auto attack your pumped up Stark/Toshiro/Whatever. As for modifying, it is far easier to Modify Urahara then it is to modify any SWP character ( not that you even can now anyway ). You will get a fully moded Shini Urahara literally years before Ken/Aizen.

SWP Kenny being the best in ONE situation is not exactly great.
