How do these two people level up so fast?

So the two strongest players on my server (which is only i think about 12 days old) are already level 82. While the third highest player in terms of level (me) is only level 61. They have the sereitei buff, and are high level vips. Even with the sereitei buff, and high vip benefits, I don't understand how they're at such a high level?

hit every event every day...  it helps with shini agent and seretei bonus helps too

off topic a bit did the dodge rate on void been lowered? last time my main no hit stones and still put a 100% hit on the vanguard
