Which is better for pve/pvp Swp Renji or Renji (tavern)

There really is not a massive difference in the stats between the to but tav renji has 50% extra growth in skill between each other so he will hit harder with skill +he is infinitely easier to modify in compare(Trust me tavern is infinitely easier in that job) so stronger there and thanks to red reshi you can upgrade him and make him better than Soo Zabimaru renji aswell.
The only viable compare you can make between the two are renji potentially hitting the back row and EX skill being good.
EX skill is impractical to aim for with such a weak partner so he losses there.
He hits enemy with the lowest hp which would mean the weakest char the enemy has who 9/10 times will not be a threat to be concerned about.

If you want to go for a SWP unit go for grimjow he is better than both renjis even without being upgraded.

Edit:Renji is a primarily PVE unit over PVP. you can use him for that but early game if you are f2p and do not have many partners or resources and stack main(Do not invest ex fragments for any more than the first 10 levels) till you get a partner like tavern byakuya,ikkaku or yama or even just a better UBP unit to work on.
