Hello, would it be worth it to get sexy kukaku or tsi?

My current team is pretty much just BWB , kirinji and shin isshin. My zanpakuto is Ichimonji so i was wondering is 2-3-0 is best with it.

I have 80k gold.

u need much more indeed, but given ur lvl it is nice; i dont remmber how fast i was during that lvl but right now my bwb reached 2.5 million speed give or take, however i could haved made it sooner if i focused on content rather on partners recruitment; u should max ur stones on agility on him and also wisdom; prepare a good hp pool too (believe thats shiit load of gold and time)

dont forget the other partners ofc they need give or take same sets; also prepare some shiitload lvl130 boxes from csb or treasure map (around 2.2k gold per map) u'll need shiitload asauchi once lvl130 gear set; on that matter do u have all 5 players with aquiaria sets? if not the gift boxe surprize is the best deal to get max fast

after that yep some orange parters would be good, again better wait cuz 2019 will bring some broken new partners for sure, u already have the 2 sure thing assets already most complete supporter in game and best zan so far also; all u need now is damage on ur assault line and for now a muken stern ishida is the best combi ; i would play with a vanguard though to bring more resistence or inhence damage IE kugo or baka kenpa

goodluck and dont rush it; if u can stop the urge to collect anything and everything u should do fine, or u'll end having 50 partners for no reason (thats what i did )

i feel like 2-3-0 is alot stronger because of the 100% combo rate on assaulters. But yeah i'll keep those things in mind thanks alot.

i would also ask whats ur gemme lvls? and bwb speed? ur hogu quality and lvl? that's the real deal; u can have a super partner but if u content is crap on him believe a lvl12 stone+hogu tavern partner may kill easy

Get only 1 partner from Heroic Couple and wait Labor Glory and get 2 from there, or just get 2 at Labor. By that time there is gonna be probably 2 new releases, 1 Bankai Mayuri who will be a strong support, the bonds are exactly like BwB, so it might be a meta breaker. And probably the release from Labor will be a VG/ASS. Getting, Let's say Askin at Heroic, Bankai Mayuri and new release at Labor will finish your team.
You can choose to do only 1 partner at Heroic and still wait for release, or just Labor and let 1 vacant place in your team waiting for another new release.  
In Heroic Couple, if we have luck, it's gonna be a Strong Combo like Kugo-Askin, or you name it.
Also, my opinion on the suggestion above with hardstacking Kugo is bad because you don't have RJ so no bonus def.
Ichimonj is indeed a better zanp, but that zanp and especially BwB is the reason why you can go 2-3-0. 3-2-0.

BwB-Bankai Mayuri-kokuto-HVI (because block, insane dmg, shield, bonus dmg from fury overflow) for me is a good team and 80k is more than enough for them.

In the last period, the new partners wasn't that strong. But take for example FullBring Ichigo, is fastest support in game with 50% speed from bonds and mods. So leaving a vacant place in your team right now makes more sense than ever.

for now i would say wait mate u have 2 super good things; and tsi already came on UBP so it is a shame to waste gold on him kukaku may show also ; i do have her and she's damn good but really starting to get outdated

regarding ur team now i would recommand a 1 3 1 team with bwb behind kirinji is crap (may be tsukishima once u get muken)

ur near future team would be bwb main muken stern as a vanguard ginjo/kenpachi

again wait a little bit cuz this year they gonna bring for sure new partners with new debuffs and buffs
