Okay , can someone explain to me why I am not hitting before tenjiro ?



Since HVI has 30% speed when hit by a partner , I am wondering if something is buggy. Tenjiro has only 15% from tensa ( but maybe either the star is not working or tensa is giving more). It was working recently , maybe because it is not giving 30% , who knows? Will they ever be able to make anything working properly ?

( report with 304k speed , i have with 307k as well, he should not hit before me. )

btw, ichigo speed boost works, that's why your zanpakuto didn't even skill and HVI moved with his chaos.

tensa give 21 % speed to supp and 18 to assaulter  when zan skill it give all team 15 % speed  aratron is right  u shld check ur info  dont say random  buffs  of course if u dont believe it then check wiki it has all info u need  but  maybe the buffs arent the same on other servers like russia china and vietnameze

well, that shows that you don't know shit about this game... it gives 25% dmg rate and 15% speed as buff and from bonus activation gives 18% speed and 25% dmg rate assaulters which is shown in the stats..
I don't mind people speaking on such topics but pls know what you are talking about before spewing shit...
