I've reinstalled and tried dozen of times but the game doesn't load on browsers, also the game client stops at 96% when I try to load in. I've tried everything I could find online and had 2 tech buddies try to look into it and nothing works. I also have latest version of flash. Does anybody know how to fix the game client, I am getting desperate considering support hasn't responded and I emailed them on this issue 5 days ago.

It's usually your own computer problem. Its a client, it no longer run on website, so everyone has the same thing. Try to right click and erase player data then try again.
